GSBA Superintendent Evaluation Instruments

  • Option 1  - a sample instrument with some information supplied as an example to follow.
  • Option 2  - a template for the board and superintendent to fill in their own goals, etc.
  • Option 3 - the older “checklist” instrument that had been used around the state and was revised in 2002.
Note: Options 1 & 2 above can lead to compliance with the GSBA Standards and achievement of the Boards of Distinction designation.
