Workers' Compensation Fund
- Note the following websites:

Georgia WC State Board: This site supplies you with access to the Georgia Workers' Compensation Statue; State forms such as blank WC1; and Wage Statements. |

If an employee of your School District reports and/or complains of a job related injury regardless of the severity or nature of the injury, you should complete a WC1 report and fax (678-376-0056) or email ( sobrien@uscky.com & Sheilau@uscky.com) to GSBA WCF Claim Service immediately.
Risk Management Fund
- Based on your selected coverage with GSBA Risk Management Dept. Fund, you should notify GSBA-RMF as soon as practicable of an “occurrence” or an offense or an alleged act which may result in a claim. To the extent possible, notice should include as many details as possible.
- Claim reports should be faxed (678-376-0056) or emailed (butch@uscky.com) to GSBA RMF Claims Services.
- Underwriters Safety and Claims “Risk Master” claim information: This site supplies you with real time claim information of your claims only. If you do not have access to this site or have forgotten your password, please contact your GSBA Member Advocate.
