Our Associates and business community partners are welcome to sponsor selected activities at the GSBA Summer Conference and Delegate Assembly. We also have limited advertising space in the on-site printed program. Rates for both elements are shown below. If you have questions or wish to place an ad or sponsor an event, please e-mail or contact Donna Davis for ads and Pam Harrison for sponsorship information at 770-962-2985.
GSBA has an Associate Program that allows a tiered approach to supporting our association's mission. The program allows for a variety of message exposures for your company or organization. This link will take you to detailed information on the Associate Program.

Your slide will have repeated exposure as attendees arrive and are seated in the ballroom. This presentation is limited to approximately 10 slides that advance approximately every four seconds for at least 30 minutes prior to the General Session.

Only six exhibitors will be able to promote their products and services to pre-conference workshop attendees due to limited space. The space allows for six tables of six feet each in the lobby area of the hotel outside the Communications Workshop doors. First come, first served. Sign up now. These are the only exhibit spaces available at a GSBA event prior to the GSBA/GSSA December conference in Atlanta.

Our sponsors are given:
- Recognition in the conference program, if listed by noon on Friday, May 8, 2009. Otherwise one PowerPoint slide (deadline May 29) and/or recognition from the podium.
- Signage at the break or meal function.
- Opportunity to include a marketing piece (~700 brochures, flyers or small promotional items) in the conference bags. Please let us know as soon as possible if you have something to include in the bags. All items must be received in the GSBA office by May 29, 2009.
- One full conference badge (valued at $275) with a sponsor ribbon for sponsorships of $1,000 to $2,499; two conference badges with sponsor ribbons for sponsorships of $2,500 or more.
- Names and addresses of registrants for pre and post conference marketing available upon request.
