Sponsorship And Advertising Information

Our Associates and business community partners are welcome to sponsor selected activities at the GSBA/GSSA Annual Conference. We also have limited advertising space in the on-site printed program. Rates for both elements are shown below. GSBA has an Associate Program that allows a tiered approach to supporting our association's mission. The program allows for a variety of message exposures for your company or organization.

Looping PowerPoint - $250
Your slide will have repeated exposure as attendees arrive and are seated in the ballroom. This presentation will advance continuously for at least 30 minutes prior to the first General Session. Email your slide to pharrison@gsba.com by November 17. Pay by check or Visa or MasterCard by December 3, 2008.

Our sponsors are given: Recognition in the conference program, if provided by noon on Friday, November 7, 2008. Recognition on the sponsor sign displayed near the registration desk. One conference badge (valued at $275) with a sponsor ribbon for sponsorships up to $1,000; two conference badges with sponsor ribbons for sponsorships from $1,000 up to $5,000; OR four badges with sponsor ribbons if sponsorships total $5,000 or more. Opportunity to include a marketing piece in the conference bags. Please let us know as soon as possible if you have something to include in the bags. They are needed at the GSBA office by November 17, 2008. Names and addresses of registrations upon request for pre- or post conference marketing.

Turn your door prize(s) in at the conference registration booth by Friday 4 p.m.
